What is the length of the butt section on the 9’ rods. I’m in a wheelchair and a long butt section (from butt end of rod to reel seat) makes it difficult for me to maneuver. Appreciate the help.
04/24/2023, 09:06 AMIt's just around 25 inches from the top of the reel seat to the end of the rod.

DON LOW03/10/2021, 05:46 AMI own a pair of 2lb test curve sawn-offs. I usually fish the margins to 40 yards out. These rods will cope with that close in work and I’ve landed carp to 37lb on then no problem. I’m sure the 3lb test curve would cast much further, but might not be as much fun playing fish.
I love these rods! -
Patrick Allen09/15/2020, 11:07 PMThese are worth a little extra for a retractable rod. The 3.25 is solid enough to throw out pack balls yet subtle enough to be an absolute pleasure to play the fish. The carbon weave extends the entire length of the rod which is something I’m a huge fan of and almost no other manufacturer is doing that. The guides are slim. Overall, I think this is the best retractable rod on the market.
