06/16 UPDATE: We've updated the choice for shipping insurance in your cart. There is now a drop down menu for your choice. See Shipping Insurance page for more info. USPS Ground Advantage is still the worst. Multiple broken rods and "lost" packages. Long packages (ove 30 inches) taking 6+ weeks in some cases and normal packages taking several days longer than normal. Our local postmaster has told us it's only going to get worse before it gets better which is not a good sign! If you choose USPS and we can send it FedEx for what was paid we are switching your shipping to FedEx. We always recommend FedEx. We get no more info than you within the USPS tracking system. Contact your local USPS Postmaster and they can place an internal trace that may give you more info and/or get the package moving. Unless you request additional insurance, packages are only insured for $100. If your package is delayed there is a "Missing Mail" on their website. To be 100% clear, once a package leaves our dock it is 100% control of the shipper.

We've added a dropdown box when in your cart. If chosen your shipment will be insured with the shipping carrier for 100% of it's value for damage or a lost shipment. BCT will handle the claim for your order.

If you decline, your shipments are only covered for a maximum of $100 (standard for USPS and FedEx) no matter the cost of your items for the claim. By opting out you assume responsibility for filing the claim.

If a package is stolen a police report is needed to file a claim. If you live in an area with that issue we suggest having packages sent to your local FedEx location or held at your local USPS Post Office for pickup.
