[message]10/28 UPDATE: USPS is still the worst and have raised costs to "holiday rates" until mid January. USPS is also starting to have long delays in delivering again on long items such as rods. We always recommend FedEx. If you choose USPS and we can send it FedEx for what was paid we will switch to FedEx. We get no more info than your tracking number. Contact your USPS/FedEx and they can place an internal trace that may give you more info and/or get the package moving. Unless you request additional insurance, packages are only insured for $100. To be 100% clear, once a package leaves our dock we have no control over it being delivered.
