Beware when ordering anything thought BCT!! Their products have very vague descriptions on their website. When trying to get in contact with the company they DO NOT have a customer service phone number and if you email them they DO NOT reply back. I've been waiting for more than 2 weeks to hear a response back on a product that their description was wrong in turn the wrong product was ordered and needs to be returned!! I also ordered $257.00 worth of product in one transaction but was still charged shipping! That is crazy. I will never order anything else from this company and will bring my business for my Carp fishing needs to a website that has a phone number Where I can contact someone if their questions or issues. Again BEWARE of Big Carp Tackle and their lack of care for their customers.
We responded to your email about returning the single indicator 6 minutes after you asked about returning it. We provided a link to the returns page and had not heard from you or received the product back.
