Warwick Baits Maple & Cream Hookbaits

I was long time friends with my angling inspiration Rod Hutchinson i actually met him when we were both doing talks for the Carp Society with Tim Paisley.
After the talks i said to Rod if you had to choose 3 flavours to use if your life depended on it which would they be he said Maple Cream, Scopex and Coffee Cream. I took a great deal of notice of his comments and those 3 flavours were a constant theme of my hand made special single hook baits that were exceptional.
In tests by fishery scientists in the USA where they were trying to get carp to eat poisoned maize to cull them because they considered them an invasive unwanted species, Maple was easily the most successful flavour I know it's sad to hear that but it showed the power of a good maple flavour that was why Rod was so keen on Maple flavour he had read those reports, mixed with a cream blend pretty special
Hence our reintroduction of this almost forgotten blend.
